The Painter’s Garden Decoupage Glass Tray

Before color came in tubes, it lived in little hand-painted squares, patiently mixed and kept like a beautiful secret. The Painter’s Garden Watercolor Palette Decoupage Glass Tray preserves an antique watercolorist’s palette of ochre, madder, moss, indigo, rose, and smoke, arranged in luminous rows around a pastoral landscape. It feels as though the entire countryside has been distilled into pigment and captured forever within this 4 by 6 inch bent glass form. Like a page rescued from an artist’s cabinet, this tray speaks to anyone who has ever believed that the right shade could change everything.

Handcrafted in a New York studio using the traditional French art of reverse decoupage, the artwork is carefully applied beneath the glass so every brushstroke and handwritten notation appears rich with depth and shine. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind artisan creation, glowing softly with slight variations that highlight the dedicated human touch involved in its making. Individually signed by Ben as a quiet affirmation of authorship, this tray is designed to hold the beautiful debris of a creative life. It blends historical artistry with functional elegance, serving as a compelling small work of art for your home.
