Founder Rosie Jane Johnston created DULCE entirely by mistake. Not normally a vanilla lover, she was crafting a trio of single-note fragrances—vanilla, citrus, and wood—when she unexpectedly fell in love with the rich sweetness of vanilla. On a whim, she blended the woody notes and the vanilla together, and an accidental masterpiece was born.
